About Artist
Anthony Poole
I have lived in New York City for 25 years, but I am British and was born and raised in London. I am married with two sons. I enjoy landscape, seascape, woodland and urban photography and like to practice my craft whenever and wherever I can. I am a firm believer of my images representing something that actually happened in front of my eyes and camera. To that end, I add nothing to my images that was not there, although I do remove small distractions in post processing, but always aim to do all of that in camera and minimize or elimiate any distraction removal in post processing. A lot of my work is shot locally, but I do also venture further afield and I like to take my camera back to the UK and elsewhere and photograph there also.
