When I held the first Pentacon Six in my hand at the age of eight, 37 years passed before the first photo was taken with this camera. It wasn't so much the initial spark, but the arrival. For me, the viewfinder is a window to the world. The world is analog, sometimes digital, square and not very colorful. But sometimes also rectangular and colorful. It depends on the subject. I prefer portraits, still lifes and have been working in the field of nature photography for some time. I want to capture time and make changes perceptible and tangible. I have arrived, but my journey has only just begun.
