My name is Edinson Ivan Arroyo Mora. I am an Audiovisual and Multimedia Communicator from the University of Antioquia. I am 31 years old, originally from the Bajo Putumayo region, and currently residing in the city of Medellín. I completed my primary and secondary education in my hometown, after which I embarked on a journey to Medellín to pursue my professional studies. As a photographer, my main focus from the beginning of my career has been documentary photography, as it allows me to explore themes of conflict, culture, community, and social issues—topics that have always been my motivation and focus in my professional life. This emphasis has led me to participate in various local and international projects and take part in different calls for proposals that address social and cultural conflicts. I have published in national and international media, and several of my audiovisual pieces have been nominated for different awards, with some of them winning, significantly enriching my life and professional experience in the audiovisual field. Some notable achievements include: Winner of the Infrared Photography Contest by the National Center for Historical Memory. Winner of the "Pura Vida" Photography Contest organized by the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. Two-time winner of the Environmental Photography Contest by Corpocaldas. Official selection for an exhibition at the Museum of Antioquia (Delighting Culture). Winner of the Mini Tic grant for the production of a documentary project. Documentary screening at the Manifesta 13 Biennial in France. Photography exhibition "Las Marchas" at the Museum of the University of Antioquia.
