Bio

Giselle Perez is an Alberta-based photographer specializing in nature, travel, wildlife, and portrait photography. Originally from Cuba, she is drawn to images that tell stories of connection - between people and places, light and landscape, memory and experience. Her work is inspired by a deep appreciation for the natural world and a desire to preserve meaningful moments through photography. Giselle is an accredited member of the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC), holding accreditations in Nature, Ornithology, Botanical, Travel Illustration, Pictorial/Scenic and Documentary Photography. Her images have been recognized in regional and national photographic competitions and exhibitions. Through her lens, Giselle seeks to create photographs that inspire curiosity, reflection, and a greater appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us.
