Daniel Garzón Moreno is a Colombian photographer and anthropologist with a master’s degree in history, focusing on the visual aspects of his sociocultural research. For Daniel Garzón, photography is considered the art of abstracting fragments of reality in different circumstances. It contributes to explaining the notion of reality experienced by different communities around the world. Daniel is an enthusiast who has had the opportunity to travel to more than 40 countries worldwide, allowing him to share his experiences through travel magazine chronicles, providing a critical and ethnographic perspective on the diverse conditions faced by societies immersed in everyday life from a historical, social, and cultural perspective. He has received several honorable mentions in national and international photography competitions, including the winner of the "Postcards from Colombia" competition by the Zona Cinco School, and the "The Paths of Water between the Sierra and the Ciénaga" competition by Custodia del Agua and WWF Colombia.
