Confiscated TCM, 2 pieces of rhino horn &  a foot of a new born rhino. One X-ray shows a bullet lodged in the leg of a rhino, the other reveals the snare that became embedded in the leg. In one jar is a solution of ground horn to be drunk as an aphrodisiac, to treat rheumatism or even a hangover.

From a real crime scene: bullets used by wildlife poachers, the scales of a pangolin, rolled-up snake skin, a tree branch from a rainforest illegally cleared, a helmeted hornbill casque, a rhino horn, 2 x TCM. The wildlife trader’s rusty cage casts a dark shadow over the future of many species.
