OCEAN'S EYE
My intention was to show sharks as they truly are: peaceful and deeply misunderstood. The shark’s eye, usually light grey, appeared blue from the position of my light, placed above and angled downwards. This created a blue shadow over the eye while restoring the warm colours of the skin above it.

I am a 22-year-old scuba instructor passionate about the ocean since childhood. After realising my dream to turn my passion into a job, I moved to the Maldives and decided to buy a compact camera to immortalise my underwater adventures. I started to share my images on social media with the aim of encouraging people to start exploring the ocean. I fight for a better understanding of its creatures and the necessity of protecting them.
