Photographer for 60 years. Cut my teeth on B&W film because you could home process it and it was inexpensive. In 2000 I created the Silveroxide plugin (silveroxide.com) for Photoshop that emulated the major emulsions of B&W film. I love B&W because the composition must be right to make a good photograph. I'm retired from a contractor for the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt MD. There I worked with the Laserbeam recorder that created images from Landsat data along with many other jobs. GSFC Photo club is my home club.
